VALDOR RETAINS INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM

The Board of Directors of Valdor Technology International Inc. ("Valdor") (TSX: VTI) is pleased to report that Valdor has entered into a twelve month Investor Relations agreement with MarketSmart Communications Inc. (“MarketSmart”), a Vancouver-based investor relations firm. This agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. MarketSmart will initiate an investor awareness program which will include proactive outreach to MarketSmart’s network of brokers, private investors and media contacts. Valdor has agreed to pay MarketSmart $5,000/month and has granted 400,000 incentive stock options at $0.17/share. These incentive stock options have been granted for a period of two years in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s Stock Option Plan. These transactions are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Fiber optics is the future of communications and fiber optic connectors are one of the major profit centres within this market. All signal transmission, in its many and various forms, is being converted from electrical, with copper wire and coaxial cable, to fiber optics. The signal transmission business is in the early stages of a fiber optics bull market.
